Terms of Service & Publisher Agreement
Updated for 2026. Governing the use of NordAffiliate platform services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or participating in any affiliate campaign hosted by NordAffiliate Media AS, you agree to bound strictly by these terms.
2. Traffic Integrity & Prohibited Practices
Publishers shall not generate conversions using fraudulent means, bot traffic, automated scripts, unauthorized brand bidding, or deceptive advertising. Violation results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending balances.
3. Payout Terms
Payouts are issued twice monthly for valid accumulated earnings above NOK 500. Payout calculations are subject to merchant validation checks to account for cancelled orders or statutory customer returns.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Compliance with the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven).
1. 14-Day Cancellation Right for SaaS & Services
Under Angrerettloven § 20, business clients and consumers purchasing software platform subscriptions or advertiser onboarding packages have the right to cancel their agreement within 14 calendar days of execution without stating any reason.
2. Procedure for Requesting a Refund
To exercise your right of cancellation, submit a written notice to [email protected] or mail to NordAffiliate Media AS, Dronning Eufemias gate 16, 0191 Oslo. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
